At AscasoUSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium espresso equipment; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to machines that have been cycled with water or coffee.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

    Prepare the Equipment

    Thoroughly drain all water from the boiler and pack the machine in its original double-box packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send your item back to our designated inspection facility, ensuring the package is fully insured.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
